Wiki page on initial requirements posted
I have added a basic index page to the wiki and posted a strawman on requirements. As mentioned in the initial meeting, we have a proposal which we will contribute as soon as we have it in a suitable form.
Change Tracking Markup Community Group
The mission of this group is to develop a proto-spec for marking up changes to documents.
Note: Community Groups are proposed and run by the community. Although W3C hosts these conversations, the groups do not necessarily represent the views of the W3C Membership or staff.
