Description:
Need to support selectors in ARIA relationships (labelledby, activedescendant, etc.) Feature should include, but not limited to, ability to cross shadow root boundaries for web components.

Dominic's proposal was to use a selctor() syntax: aria-labelledby="idRef1 selector(selector1) selector(selector2) idRef2"
