ACTION-1723: Editorial - create sections listing the roles that provide (1) nameFrom:author and (2) nameFrom:contents

The Accname-aam provides definitions of the terms "nameFrom:author" and "nameFrom:contents" and there is an editor's note that there should be links back into the ARIA spec that lists the roles that support these two ways of providing a name.

Before the links can be made, the sections/lists have to exist in the spec.

Also, it would be useful to put the definitions of "nameFrom:author" and "nameFrom:contents" back into the ARIA spec, somewhere in section 5.2 "Characteristics of Roles":

Putting this out for another week. Ideally this will be script generated rather than done manually. And I've not had time to look into it yet.

It turns out the name-from-author list consists of all ARIA roles modulo presentation/none. Is a section for this really desired? See https://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/action-1723/aria/aria.html#namefromauthor

Once we have agreement about what should or should not be in these sections, I'll make those changes.
