Example in the introduction includes a non-ASCII/non-English value, which is nice to see. However this example and the later example in 2.3 omit any language declaration on the English name "Spiderman". Including a language declaration is preferable, because text processes might need this information in order to do language-specific things (such as preparing a sort key) based on the language of the item.
