jf: web on TV interest group has spun up a new task force, interesting work going on there
... I am monitoring the group
... we have worked with some of the folks before :)

<Zakim> tzviya, you wanted to share EPUB 3.1 Ed Draft

<tzviya> http://idpf.org/news/first-editors-draft-of-epub-31-available-for-review

tz: first draft changes a lot, quite an accessibility focus including metadata, looking to add accessibility module
... if you have feedback please send it to Tziiya or Marcus

Decision Policy CfC -- http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-apa-admin/2016Jan/0000.html

js: CFC running through tomorrow, same as ARIA working group
... questions?

Web Payments Update -- Shane

sm: web payments activity is complicated - stated out of an community group - split into interest group (architecture of web payments in W3C)
... talking about way people exchange money - digitally
... also a web payments working group - tight charter - working on web payments API - javascript - specifically around requesting money - ongoing - not to do with user interface
... good news/bad news - browsers responsible for UI - but APA has an interest in this
... also includes a messaging API for requesting money
... there is a way to do the messaging via HTTP....
... also a credentials interest group -
... Shane is involved in all activities
... groups are having a face-to-face late Feb (21-23) , Katie will be there too

s/21 -23/22 / 24/

sm: Face to face in San Francisco
... lets talk about the kinds of things that are important to accessiblity
... I can't image browsers are going to do anything outside their infrastructure to support payments
... when you buy stuff online, in the background (in the future), the browser will look in my digital wallet to see how you can pay
... so you could see a popup - vendor X has requested a payment and you have these three choices --- and you pick one - magic occurs ...

katie: the receipt is part of the roadmap

sm: while requirements will come out in the first round of work, we need to tell the browsers what we are concerned about - we have existing requirements
... there is a lot of negotiation between payer and vendor - they group is not trying to standardize that at this point

js: thinking what we have structurally in the MAUR - it breaks it down by disability and suggests accommodation for each that works well... provides guidance
... thoughts on PAUR - focus on each disability, requirements may shift depending on the case and environment - at home vs at auto shop...

<Zakim> janina, you wanted to discuss how to start paur and to start defining a11y reqs

js: so approach like MAUR did... include environmental situation, should we schedule a meeting to write the PAUR

sm: we should hold off until after Feb meeting - would you like me to take the MAUR and boil it down for a PAUR
... where?

mc: put it in the PF directory and then move it or make a new directory
... maybe better to make a new repository... Janina opinion?

sm: prefer a new repository

mc: we can move with history... creating a new repository... apa

lw: I would be like to work on it
