Three W3C10 Asia sponsorship packages are available:
Whatever the package, W3C10 Asia sponsorship is a marketing opportunity that enables sponsors to showcase their organizations and underscore their commitment to the shared goals of W3C. Sponsors reach those who are making decisions about the future of the Web, as well as those in the public who have come to rely on the Web as critical infrastructure for commerce and communication. W3C10 Asia sponsors are associated directly with the organization that has been the center for development of Web standards for ten years, and which — with your leadership — is engineering the foundation for the Web of tomorrow.
Member and Public packages include an exhibition booth to show your organization's Web technologies, services and standardization activities. The total number of exhibition booths is limited so booths will be assigned in order of arrival of sponsorship requests. The total number of attendees for W3C10 Asia is estimated to be 300, including representatives of W3C Member organizations, the international media, invited guests, speakers, dignitaries, the W3C Team, and the public.
Exhibition logistics and booth details (PDF) are available.
Organizations committing to sponsor W3C10 Asia will be associated with the event during the early press activity. A deadline for requests to take part in this opportunity is 15 November 2006.
To request sponsorship, please feel free to contact local host and meeting planner Yasuyuki Hirakawa.
The Member Package is reserved for W3C Members and Host Organizations.
The Public package is reserved for non-Member organizations.
The Media package is reserved for media organizations.
W3C thanks our sponsors for their generous support of the W3C10 Asia.
