Description

The OntoBroker is the most comprehensive and fastest implementation of highly scalable Semantic Web middleware. It is the only commercial inference machine, which supports all W3C Semantic Web recommendations. These are OWL, RDF, RDFS, SPARQL and, in addition, the industry standard F-logic. Distributed OntoBroker-architectures can be employed to answer very complex queries very fast or to deal with high query rates - the information and the query processing is hereby distributed over multiple OntoBroker instances. OntoBroker provides a Web Service interface and can also be deployed in application servers. An explanation component provides natural language explanations for how a particular answer has been derived from given information.
