No official telcon today, we used the time for

• an informal discussion of how to iterate on https://github.com/w3c/webmention/issues/84
• additional editorial improvements to Webmention section 4.1
• review updated Webmention editors draft for REC: https://webmention.net/draft/#changes-from-01-november-pr-to-rec
• decided next week 2017-01-10 as our first official telcon of 2017
• change telcon time to two hours earlier (e.g. 08:00 PST) per request from Amy to do it earlier, assuming that is preferable for her (pending confirmation), and no objections from others
