Fees and Payment
The below fee rates enable participation for the entire week’s events. There is no per-day rate for TPAC 2025.
The Early Bird rate is limited to the 4 first persons of a given organization.
In-person participation:
- Early Bird – until 23 August 2025 00:00 UTC: USD 370
- Standard – until 20 October 2025 00:00 UTC: USD 680
- Current Fee: Late/on-site – starting 20 October 2025 00:00 UTC : USD 875
Remote participation:
- Early Bird – until 23 August 2025 00:00 UTC: USD 90
- Standard – until 20 October 2025 00:00 UTC: USD 90
- Current Fee: Late/on-site – starting 20 October 2025 00:00 UTC : USD 90
Our payment provider is Stripe (terms and conditions, privacy policy).
We invite you to show your support to those who participate actively in W3C groups and who request financial support to attend TPAC, by accepting a 5% fee addition to the above rates. You have the ability to opt-out.
