First Draft of Open Annotation Specification (Community Draft 2) published by Open Annotation Community Group
On 2013-02-11 the Open Annotation Community Group published the first draft of the following specification:

How can I access a complete representation of the entire specification. The URL above is for a representation of the spec that is broken into segments connected by “Next” links. I want to produce a pdf of the spec so I can read it offline, search it, etc.
