- Resolved: Add three new column-breaking properties and shorthand to combine them with page-break properties per Melinda’s email item 2.
- Discussed renaming of
image-fit to content-fit. Concern that for CSS, this only appies to images while the name implies it applies to e.g. text content. No better suggestions. Agreed to ask for more suggestions.
- Reviewed status of specs close to PR.

- Discussed whether telecon agenda should be public or private. So far administrivia has been kept off the public mailing list, and since there wasn’t much enthusiasm for shifting the agenda, it will stay on the internal mailing list.
- Resolved: For CSS2.1 Issue 24 duplicate malformed declarations rule for malformed statements (statements rule to come after declarations rule in the spec).
- Resolved: Yves’ message about class selector grammar is a non-issue.
- Resolved: Accept Bert’s proposal on CSS2.1 grammar.
- Resolved: Publish update to CSS2.1 with errata incorporated.
- Resolved: Adopt Brad Kemper’s border-image proposal to avoid relayout but make the syntax easier to understand.

- Discussed what to do when the test suite format (XHTML1.1) limits the ability to fully test CSS (e.g. attributes starting with digits). (See previous discussion on public-css-testsuite.) Concluded that some tests will be HTML5 and some assertions will remain untested.

- WG chair encourages browsers to follow David Baron’s lead and coordinate on upcoming CSS feature releases
- Resolved: Add a note to Selectors saying that “Since pseudo-elements are not simple selectors, they are not a valid argument to
:not().”
- Resolved: Make a joint CSS SVG task force, Doug to set it up, specs of common interest to send comments there, mailing list will be public read-write.
- Resolved: Publish updated Working Draft of CSS Template Layout Module.
- Discussed proposals for CSS2.1 Issue 24; resolution needed before updated CR publication.
- Resolved: In response to Yves’ comment, keep grammar and prose as is for 2.1; defer issue on tightening up grammar to css3.

Selectors Level 3 Updated
The CSS Working Group has just published a new Last Call Working Draft of the Selectors module. This working draft addresses many comments that have been received since the last publication. The Last Call period extends until April 7th; please send any comments to www-style@w3.org. Note that we will not be accepting new feature requests for Level 3. Assuming no major problems are found, we will be republishing a Selectors Candidate Recommendation in April.
