• Resolved: Rossen Atanassov replaces Alex Mogilevsky and Phil Cupp as editor of Flexbox and Grid.
• Discussed Flexbox interaction with multicol and writing mode
• Resolved: Publish Working Draft of CSS Cascade Level 3 to replace the 7-year old one, mentioning dbaron’s issues about scoping and defaults.
• Resolved: Spaces are not optional around and, or, and not keywords in @supports syntax.
• Resolved: Publish CSS Text Decoration Level 3 Last Call Working Draft with intro from fantasai.
• Resolved: Daniel Glazman is our new liaison with EPUB.
• Discussed Animations issues:
  • whether animation-play-state in shorthand
  • animations starting in descendant when no longer display: none
  • what counts as a valid keyframe
• Resolved: Put animation-play-state back into the animation shorthand, and let the shorthand reset it if not mentioned.
