Steve Zilles presented a proposal for the scoping of the CSS3 Line Layout module (which needs significant rewriting since the previous publication). Scope would include

• line processing model
• defining line layout from 2.1 with more precision
• choosing baselines to use for alignment
• line grid proposal from Kyoto F2F (draft)
• possibly other stuff
