Description:: Section 2.4, Features Managed by the User Agent (#managedfeatures) is
completely empty with a note stating, "content is expected to come
from the ARIA Implementors Guide."

As we expect the ARIA Implementors Guide to be a W3C document anyway,
I suggest we ditch this section altogether in the spec. How is the
transition of the Implementors Guide document onto the W3C server
coming along? We may need to complete that transition before Last
Call, even if that document is still in early stages.
