annotation roles

Consider creating annotations roles for comments, spell-check errors, etc

State:

Description:
Proposal to support commenting, inline error highlighting, etc. in documents.

Office wants to be able to make these types of annotations more accessible. Commenting on a document is a pretty common scenario, and this would be useful to many web app developers.

We'd like to explore creating this as an extension spec. I have a person from the Office team who is willing to do the heavy lifting.

I'm pretty sure there will be more actions and dicsussion resulting from this. It may have been closed prematurely.

We also need to think through the overlap with aria-linktype
