Opened on:

Description:
The Dialog (Non-Modal) design pattern recommends using F6 to modelessly switchbetween a dialog and the underlieing app. F6 is used by IE and FF to cycle through browser frames (not html frames), e.g., address bar and toolbars. If F6 is also applied to non-modal dialogs, the resulting behavior is not clear and may not be desiarable.
