ISSUE-476: Replace alphabetical list of design patterns with a table

Replace alphabetical list of design patterns with a table

Description:
This came from Chris Samoiloff at IBM:

Any way to group these design patterns? With some kind of table? It's good to have them in alphabetical order, but if you are looking for everything popup you have alert dialog, dialog modal, dialog non modal, dialog tooltip, popupmenu, popuphelp, tootip. All these options are confusing and there is no way at-a-glance to figure out when to use what. When things are confusing, people get it wrong. Believe me, I've been trying to get it right in the toolkit, and I keep having to fix things I thought I understood.

I believe this is overcome by events. We have related patterns as a section of the Autoring Practices now. If this is still an issue please open a new issue in https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/issues
