Related notes:

in a document that follows a pre-determined structure, such as a W3C Technical Report, the contentinfo is scattered in the introductary prose (e.g. which working group is responsible for the deliverable, feedback mechanisms, and W3C Patent policy); the role "contentinfo", therefore, should be applied to each piece of the contentinfo so that it can be presented to the user as a whole, aurally, visually (user could set all "contentinfo" to be visually marked if that is his/her need) or tactilely
