Description:
The HTML elements <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, <h6> should have the implicit ARIA semantics of the "heading" role and a corresponding aria-level equal to the header level. The relationship of the heading role to the HTML outline algorithm needs to be explained. See comment 74 http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/Group/comments/details?comment_id=74.
