James Teh would like to have us concatenate the descriptions and the error messages when we compute the stringified accessible description. Joanie supported James Teh's request.

I would rather not have aria-errormessage in ARIA 1.1 than have browsers perform this concatenation. However, I think the benefits of aria-errormessage are significant and that doing what is required to include it in ARIA 1.1 should be a priority.

We have decided not to do this as it creates a very long string. Matt king was not at all happy about doing this. So, we are closing it.
