Joanmarie Diggs, 22 Jan 2015, 18:15:48See also https://github.com/w3c/aria/issues/106, which is relevant because I think what makes sense is to always reference things and then programmatically turn references into links or stylized text or nothing. That way, editors and contributors will always add references without having to worry about it.
Joanmarie Diggs, 13 Nov 2015, 17:28:37This will also address the concerns stated in action-1465.
Joanmarie Diggs, 14 Jan 2016, 18:53:32This is waiting until people have landed more of their changes and new properties so that I don't cause those individuals to encounter merge conflicts.
Joanmarie Diggs, 12 May 2016, 17:47:30This was done some time ago. Closing as fixed.
