- pretty good, but could probably be modified to make the implications more explicit.
- possible issue: we now tend to say that aria-hidden is equivalent to display:none, but in the past have said that aria-hidden is also equivalent to visibility:hidden. But display:none and visibility:hidden are not themselves equivalent.
- tangent: the subsections of section 2 should all appear in the TOC.
