There is a typo in the English version <http://www.w3.org/TR/klreq> of the KLREQ.

Section 4.3.7 <http://www.w3.org/TR/klreq/#inter-char-rest>, point 2 currently says:
2. Before and after Hangul opening parenthesis (cl2) and Hangul closing parenthesis (cl3).
but should say:
2. Before and after Hangul opening parenthesis (cl1) and Hangul closing parenthesis (cl2).
considering that cl1 is Hangul opening parenthesis and cl2 is Hangul closing parenthesis in section 3.1.2 <http://www.w3.org/TR/klreq/#chars-grouping>.

The Korean version of section 4.3.7 <http://www.w3.org/TR/klreq/korean/#inter-char-rest>, point 2 says:
2. 한글 열기 괄호(cl1), 한글 닫기 괄호(cl2)의 앞뒤
