- 2.3: I don't quite understand the first paragraph of 2.3. What is meant by "scattered"? That gaps occur? It seems they would occur if a line starts with a full-width opening parenthesis.
- 2.3.1: What is meant by "user controlled area"? What can the user do with this space?
