Issues to discuss
- #10 (Drop "family of documents" from conneg) is marked as "wontfix" but the disussion is still open and there is the proposal to add some clarifying text
- #12 (Remove Open World declarations from AltR) and #27 (Shouldn't AltR be sub-classing existing terms from other vocbaularies?): Do we agree to remove those restrictions?
