Guides to Implementation of the (Revised) PSI Directive in Malta

This is the first publication of Malta's implementation guide for the (Revised) PSI Directive. It was created by MITA as part of their work within the Share-PSI project. The guide is designed to serve as the main data strategy document on the basis of which the required legislation to manage the national data assets will be enacted. The changes to the existing laws and the new legal notices required will be done as subsidiary laws under the PSI Act unless specific laws need to be amended.
