The SKOS community wiki maintains a Proposals and issues page where the community can discuss issues related to the design and application of SKOS. Solutions to those issues are also proposed there.
For all SKOS issues that were considered by SWD during the (now finished) SKOS Recommendation process, see the SWDWG Issues Tracker web site . The process for managing issues is described on the IssuesProcess page on the SWDWG wiki.
Prior to the SWDWG taking responsibility for the development of SKOS, issues and proposals relating to the SKOS Core Vocabulary were recorded on the old SKOS Core Proposals & Issues List, which is no longer in use but is maintained for historical purposes.
