Andrew Arch I support posting the Draft of these Tutorial pages as they are Fly-out menus page - suggest adding a warning about automatically opening any fly-out/drop-down on keyboard focus (I've seen menus that require dozens of tabs to navigate due to automatically opening several levels)
Tips and Tricks page - suggest adding some examples of icons that are commonly used, Also suggest adding a tip about testing (with a list of common keystrokes)

Andrew Arch I support posting the Draft of these Tutorial pages as they are Headings - enable keyboard navigation by section in some browsers (i.e. not exclusively for navigation by screen reader ATs)
Content page - needs a section on tables to provide structure for data
In-page / Skips links - still needed for visual keyboard (non-mouse) users to skip to main areas. As I understand, no main-stream browsers enable recognition of landmarks for keyboard users yet
