Face-to-Face EOWG meetings are very productive. They are even more so when we have large numbers of participants at the meetings. We try to hold anywhere from 2 - 4 face-to-face meetings each year.

To help EOWG participants with planning and budget requests to attend as many 2017 EOWG face-to-face meetings as possible, we will try to commit to a schedule of meetings within the next month. Many companies develop and approve 2017 budgets in the fall of 2016. Having a confirmed meeting schedule will help you with those budget requests and/or planning travel.

We know that you are giving this your best guess, but please indicate from the list below which of the possible face-to-face locations you would be likely to ask for and secure time, travel, and funding to attend.
