Chairs and next step

Dear all,

We are very pleased to let you know that following on our public election process, we now have three chairs for the group: Sean Bechhofer, Rob Sanderson and Jun Zhao.

Now this is time to think about how to move on from here. Given the diversity of the group members, we agreed that it would be a good idea to start with a use case gathering process on the group Wiki, so that we can have more understanding about the motivation, background and expectations from individual members.

Currently we are working on a use case template and aim to release it to the list and group wiki in 3 weeks time. From there, then we can start gather a good list of use cases and build up more grounded understanding.
