Membership in the Working Group is open to W3C members and invited experts. The Working Group invites members and representatives of software developers (including open-source developers), disability communities, access research organizations, government organizations, and user groups to apply for membership as invited experts.
Note. Existing members in good standing at the time of rechartering will need to renew their membership.
