This course leads students step by step through an approach that focuses on HTML and CSS to make Web sites work across diverse viewport sizes. CSS Transitions Draft Published

The Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Working Group has published a Working Draft of CSS Transitions. This document introduces new CSS features to enable implicit transitions, which describe how CSS properties can be made to change smoothly from one value to another over a given duration.
