richard: preparing a document about mongolian variant forms
... corresponding with Greg Eck who is working on latest proposal on variants
... as well as experts in china
... this document takes three main sources
... one by chinese prof, one by unicode, and one put together in jan 2014
... for each character in mongolian block you get the three forms
... and then see what fonts actually do
... and hope to add other major fonts
