- Remove Section 5 Activities
- Chapter 6 Working Groups, Interest Groups, and Coordination Groups has "same" material, except
- Issue 121 - Intellectual property information in charters
- Issue 115 - Revising the Activity Statement for each Activity every 6 months
- Issue-34 - Remove 6.2.1.7 Good Standing in a Working Group
- Issue-137 - Remove section 6.2.7 "Heartbeat" publishing requirement
Process 2015 Status - continued
- Issue-129 Remove Coordination Groups
- Issue-141 [1]
- Goal: keep the TR spec up-to-date
- Errata should be updated no less frequently than quarterly
- Work to allow errata in the TR document Improve Errata management in W3C
- Issue-140 Update the Team Description in 2.2
Process 2016 Status
- Collecting Issues on Process CG Tracker
- When Process 2015 stable, review and prioritize
Schedule
- By December/Early January - Have complete draft of Porcess 2015
- February/March - Review Draft and comments at AB Meeting
- April - Send (possibly edited) draft to AC for Review
- May - Have discussion session at AC Meeting
- May/June - AC Review closes; results annouced
