The Translational Medicine Knowledge Base (TMKB) is composed of

• Translational Medicine Ontology in OWL.
• Data in RDF.
• Term Mapping

The ontology and data have been loaded into Virtuoso Community Edition 6.0.0 triple store using a PHP script. Each data is loaded into a different graph names (list of graph names). The data instantiate the following types.

Virtuoso provisions a :

• SPARQL endpoint : http://tm.semanticscience.org/sparql
• Full text faceted browser: http://tm.semanticscience.org/fct

We can pose SPARQL Queries questions to the SPARQL endpoint.
