Regrets: Yves, Jirka, Micha, Pablo, Dave (as per the Doodle poll)
Based on regrets we won't be moving Provenance

I want to concentrate on the following in the call:

*Topic 1: Call for consensus on specialRequirements*

The call was made by Michael Kruppa last Sunday
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Jul/0292.html

there was important feedback by Yves
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Jul/0300.html
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Jul/0308.html

I agree that special requirement should be split. Next steps?

*Topic 2: Named Entity/Disambiguation*

Both Realated issues 3 and 35 are closed
https://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/track/issues/3
https://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/track/issues/35
But the consensus was not reached
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Jul/0280.htmlAfter
this consensus action 181 due by August 2 on Tadej to implement
feedback from meeting on July 26
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-multilingualweb-lt/2012Jul/0288.html
We should shortly check if Tadej encountered any issues implementing
feedback from the last meeting and weather this is ripe for a new call for
consensus. we would need to raise a new numbered Issue if it is not.

*Topic 3: mtConfidence*

David failed to provide a concise proposal by the deadline, David will
nevertheless send a summary of possible avenues how to address this and why
it is worth including before the meeting time, We want to shortly discuss
in the call weather this is still worth moving forward.

*Topic 4: Progress of Issue 29*
