ISSUE-55: AC Meetings should not be scheduled to overlap All WG meetings
AC-WG-Meeting-Overlap
AC Meetings should not be scheduled to overlap All WG meetings
- State:
- OPEN
- Product:
- Process Document
- Raised by:
- Arthur Barstow
- Opened on:
- 2013-11-22
- Description:
- Chapter 2 of ProcDoc defines AC Meetings <http://www.w3.org/2005/10/Process-20051014/organization.html#ACMeetings>. That section was created before AC meetings were added to TP and All WG Meeting weeks thus it does not explicitly state that AC meetings must not overlap All WG meeting weeks. This overlap creates problems for some Members thus this section needs to be updated to prevent such overlaps.

Chaals saith "I think there is an issue here we should keep open - and should be discussed with the AC. Although I suspect the resolution will be to close without a resolution one way or another."
