Resolved: CSS2.1 issue 7 (constant page width) closed no change.
Resolved: CSS2.1 issue 12 (honoring intrinsic width/height) proposal accepted.

Other notes:

Most discussion was on font formats and IPR this month.
Some brief discussions of other topics such as rotation and media queries.
