Workflow for issues
From Cognitive Accessibility Task Force
- tag [The issues ] with what group / sub meeting needs to look at it. When the whole issue has been assigned add the lable: "on our todo list" . If we have done everything we intend to do for this version add the lable " responce needed
- in editorial review discussions:
- put proposed editorial changes in [Edits from the issues], or
- put big items that go across the document in our [list for final edit]
- put items that need more work or discusion in "Assign actions" on the bottom of the [action page]
- put responses for the issue [document to track issues responces ]
Note that non editorial items also have to go though our [Process] depending on the size. For normal issue responses (not big changes) Our process for response is:
- Take an issue (assign it to you)
- Make a proposal for the response (see above)
- Inform the list or discuss on the call
- Once we have four +1 and no objections you can answer the issue and close it
