Workflow for issues

From Cognitive Accessibility Task Force
Jump to: navigation, search
  • tag [The issues ] with what group / sub meeting needs to look at it. When the whole issue has been assigned add the lable: "on our todo list" . If we have done everything we intend to do for this version add the lable " responce needed
  • in editorial review discussions:
  • put responses for the issue [document to track issues responces ]

Note that non editorial items also have to go though our [Process] depending on the size. For normal issue responses (not big changes) Our process for response is:

  1. Take an issue (assign it to you)
  2. Make a proposal for the response (see above)
  3. Inform the list or discuss on the call
  4. Once we have four +1 and no objections you can answer the issue and close it
