Subgroups/ResearchPlan
Research planning subgroup
Sub-Group of the Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force to explore research modules and issue papers and make a plan for our work in research for the next 2-3 years.
Questions
we need to answer the following questions
- Who is using our research documents? How are they using it?
- What research documents do we want to make “publish ready” ?
- What research documents do we want to work on or update?
- How research documents do we want to publish? And in what form (wiki, w3c note etc)?
- What research documents do we want to publish to merge? Should we make structural changes?
- Are there other urgent issues papers for v2?
- Are there suggestions from github issues, suggestions for mental health?
The4 we can make a plan/ schedule to do the work
KPI measurable goals:
- 1. Ask stakeholders how is our content use (including content useable and research docs above)
- 2. Reviewed tagged github issues, mental health subgroup for new issues
- 3. Identified what issue papers need updates
- 4. Identified what new issue papers are needed
- 5. Semi ready issue papers become publish ready
- 6. Created a plan for all updates and editorial requirements identified in KPIs 2-4
- 7. Agree on the structures of issue papers and modules and publishing strategies etc
