Purpose

Content analysis explores the available content that supports personas and tasks.

Task IA provides information how the organization of tasks was explored and developed.

  • W3C privacy policy may limit the ability to story any user provided information
  • Any solution that captures information with the aim of customizing results needs to consider how returning users will access previously customized content.
