Structure of content

Each activity should be comprised of the following content:

Name Format Description
Title Short text Front-loaded, single-sentence description of the activity. Should be written as an active statement.
Shortname Short text Name suitable for use within the URL for the activity.
Category Initiate, Plan, Implement, or Monitor Indicates which category this activity broadly belongs in. If it is not clear, then it may be that there are two activities.
Introduction Short text Short description of what the activity relates to, how it might help, or why it is important.
Content Long text More involved information on the activity. Should clearly answer what this activity is, why it is important, how to go about it, and, possibly, how to measure it's success. This should be provided in markdown format.
Resources List Title, URL, and short description of related W3C resources. The description should focus on why this resource is helpful for this activity. This means there could be different descriptions for a single resource.
Related activities List Name of any activities that are closely related to this activity.
[Tentative] Keywords List What business areas, roles, processes does this activity relate to. For example, purchasing, marketing, design
