User Feedback Sessions (aka informal usability testing)

Locations:

  • Wednesday: instructor room - end of hall
  • Thursday: instructor room - end of hall

Things to check on:

  • Policies page
    • Encourage "think aloud" as they play around with it, and take notes.
    • Links in other languages — Ask user to go to a page with links in other languages, such as @@, and see if they comment about the language being included in the link. If not, ask them about it. (options: no language, language at beginning of link as it is, language at the end of the link)
