Face to Face Meeting Agenda

Goals of this F2F Meeting: In the next few weeks we'll be wrapping up several resources that were developed with WAI staff editors/developers. As mentioned on teleconferences, we are now transitioning to EOWG participants taking a stronger role in EOWG development moving forward. We'll use this face-to-face for the whole group to develop plans for sustainability and on-going usefulness of EOWG resources. Among the goals to be achieved are these:

• Understand WAI's education and outreach resources
• Assess the status of each resource and the priority for completing it, updating it, outdating it, or other
• Identify requirements for sustainability and maintenance
• Define personnel resources needed for top priority tasks
• Create outreach plan
• Assign specific tasks and create support system

Additionally, there are general outreach goals, EO recruitment needs, and longer term planning for an updated website and more that will be addressed as time permits on Tuesday.
