Getting Internal Server Error on a specific website: www.thelittlebazaar.com. The site works ok on http://htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/. All other sites work ok on W3 validator.

I can't say for sure, but all the symptoms are exactly the same as in bug 7822 so I'm marking this a duplicate of that.
