I get "Internal Server Error" everytime when I try to validate address http://www.kazcargo.kz

I can reproduce this with validator.w3.org.  I *guess* it's some kind of a timeout problem because on validator.w3.org it takes a long time before the server error appears, but there's not much more I can do about it or to debug it further.  Validating that URL works fine with my local validator instance, ditto the current development version at http://qa-dev.w3.org/wmvs/HEAD/ and validation is pretty fast with both.
