Description Rodney Rehm 2013-01-20 20:04:31 UTC
The value of transition-timing-function is declared wrong - note how `steps(<integer>[, [ start | end ] ]?)` is not `steps(<number>[, [ start | end ] ]?)` - it must be `integer` bot times!

I checked every occurrence of "steps" in http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-transitions/ , and I don't see any that use <number> rather than <integer>

I'm sorry. I didn't check the dev version, only the published one at http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-css3-transitions-20120403/#transition-timing-function-property
