Important Dates

20 October 2025: Call-for-Participation page published and Participant registration starts.
11 December 2025: Deadline for submitting a proposal for a talk during the workshop
16 December 2025: Speakers acceptance notification
23 January 2026: Publish the basic agenda for the workshop
5 February 2026 (deadline extended!): Deadline for selected speakers to provide their presentation slides and recorded talks
19 February 2026: Public release of all accepted talks; Deadline to register as workshop participant
25-27 February 2026: Workshop (virtual); We will try to accommodate different time zones as much as possible.
