Ege shows an issue about new web page

https://github.com/w3c/wot/issues/954

Ege: there is a new feature on github that allows discussions which are something like issues but more Q&A oriented

Kaz: I'm OK with using this Discussions feature, but please clarify which WoT repos to use this. Also please note that GitHub Issues are used to record problems and requirements for REC-Track specifications especially during the CR-PR periods

Lagally: worried about unclear situation between issue and discussion area

Kaz: we should evaluate how useful this is

McCool: propose do not adopt this for now and wait for the experiences from Ege

Lagally: what is the main benefit compared to issues?

Ege: you can ask question without creating issues

McCool: lets clarify this in the next marketing call
