A quick review of decisions and progress on the following...
- Namespaces of v1, V2 etc
- Text changes to v1
- Publication state of V2
- Publicity .. send emails to all on the reviewer spreadsheet; blogs ; papers

Do we split the github repo to take DCAT work into a separate one? If so, when and by whom?
Create a subset of the UCR doc to isolate the changes that will be the focus of V3, and any updates of these.
